I understand that there are a lot of demands on a Prime Minister's time, particularly when there's a budget to be negotiated and passed. YES, even a Prime Minister in Denmark. So when your civil servants tell you that the director of the National Gallery wants a meeting with you about which pieces of art you want to borrow for your office, it may seem like smart prioritization to blow it off with a vague request for something "modern."
