Sorry, darling, I'm in a screening with Kristen right now. I can't leave, but I'm in the back so I can turn my screen light all the way down. What happened? I'm sure it's not as bad as you think!

Re: Re: Match Gaame
I see, maybe if I can get into a Twilit type movie franchise you'll have time for me too, got it.
Fine: there ws a joke about Mick Jagger writing a jingle for Viagara -- I can't get no blank. I wrote satisfaction...except I didn't. I spelled it some other way, I don't even remember, and I had to hold it up on a card and Alec called attention to it.
He did it in a fun playful way and i laughed at myself but I still would rather it didn't air. Please find out if they can cut the question or cut around me.

Not having been there, it's hard for me to say, but I would imagine that since they have to show the progress of the game and which answers did or didn't match, they probably have to keep it in. Did they shoot alts? Did you ask a producer about it before you left?

Re: Re: Match Gaame
Kiddo, I just did some quick googling and the news is not great. There are actually very strict rules around game shows because of the scandals way back when. If this was an answer and it affected game play, they're probably going to have to keep it in. But when this screening's over I can call over and find out for sure.

What if they did a reshoot and it was actually sutton who spelled satsifiction wrong? People would blieve that more anyway. She didn't even go to college. I went to brandies.

Re: Re: Match Gaame
I had a quick chat with Jen at the show and she told me it's nowhere near as bad as you think! Her impression was that it was just a cute, goofy moment and that the way you laughed it off showed a great deal of character and proved you're just the kind of panelist they'd want to have back.
Jen also said, and it's a great point, that what people loved about the original "Match Game" is that the panelists would get a little bit tipsy and silly. It gave the show a real party atmosphere so that the audience felt like they were in on the fun. Your little "satisfaction" typo ("pen-o"? haha) was a great throwback moment. So it sounds like you have nothing to be worried or embarrassed about. Roman will understand.
(Jen did confirm that they definitely can't cut around it for legal reasons.)
