Scream Queens Premieres To Screams Of Laughter, Gary Busey Fails To Take Dancing With The Stars Seriously, And Comedy Giants Talk Shop
What we're laughing at and with over Lunch And A Show!
After a summer of intense promotion, Fox premiered its new Ryan Murphy joint Scream Queens last night, and our own Alex Zeidel débuted his coverage for us! When it comes to the relationship between Glen Powell's Chad and Nick Jonas's Boone, I Stand With Alex; it's a breakout role for the hilarious Powell, and Jonas is way better playing Boone than he was himself on Smash.
Last night's second-campiest show was, of course, Dancing With The Stars, and while Gary Busey apparently thinks he's hilarious, Kim Reed does not agree. "Who is voting for Gary Busey? Stop that right now."

Let's wind things up with a couple of legitimately funny dudes: on the eve of Brian Regan's live show from Radio City Music Hall (Saturday at 9 PM ET on Comedy Central!) and hours before the first-season finale of The Jim Gaffigan Show, Vulture had Gaffigan interview Regan about the ideal size of comedy venue, the stresses of touring for a parent, and how annoying it is to be known as a "clean" comic. I love them both, so I love this, especially because it reminded me to set my DVR for Regan's special.
